Profile

Shadowens has coached high school football for 29 years. He began his career at Smyrna in 1994, leading the Bulldogs to Class 5A state championships in 2006 and 2007. He also coached a season at Middle Tennessee Christian in 2008 before spending 2009-14 at Blackman, where he coached former Tennessee star and San Francisco 49ers receiver Jauan Jennings.
