5 Knoxville Catholic Players Named Top Performers after Play-Offs Round 1

Congratulations to Cameron Blakely (Senior, WR), Dashon Bussell (Senior, WR), Joshua Brown (Senior, RB), Jack Jancek (Sophomore, QB), and Paxton Robertson (Sophomore, K) for being named Knoxville area high school football top performers for week 10 with their 59-21 win over Campbell County in round 1 of the play-offs. GO IRISH!

Cameron Blakely, Catholic: Blakely scored twice in a 59-21 win over Campbell County. He caught two passes for 103 yards and a touchdown and he returned an interception 44 yards to score.

Joshua Brown, Catholic: Brown returned an interception 14 yards for a touchdown.

Dashon Bussell, Catholic: Bussell ran for 80 yards and a touchdown on three rushes in a 59-21 win over Campbell County. He also caught two passes for 54 yards and another touchdown and returned a kickoff 79 yards to score a third.

Jack Jancek, Catholic: Jancek threw for 218 yards and three touchdowns despite going just 5-for-9. He also ran seven times for 87 yards.

Paxton Robertson, Catholic: Robertson was 8-for-8 on extra points and hit a 26-yard field goal.
